Megan Breen

Naturally driven by efficiency and organization, I have found great success as a Project Manager and Program Development specialist. My experience spans across multiple sectors; including managing marketing projects for software companies, developing undergraduate research programs, and most recently in the non-profit sector. I approach project management with an emphasis on proactive communication, process standardization, and team cohesion.

As I've worked with different companies I've become increasingly skilled in educational design, social media content creation, and branding guidelines. I approach all of the positions I've had with an emphasis on creativity and innovation; allowing for multi-media approaches to the communication and outreach.

Although I never intended to be an educator, I've found great joy working with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds. From children with behavioral difficulties to working with senior adults looking to reenter to workplace; my set of experiences as an educator have emphasized the absolutely critical need to approach education and tutoring from a non-judgmental, student-centered approach. I work to ensure an environment of curiosity, individualization, and acceptance with my students and value each moment I am given to work with them to meet their goals.
